My family and I had a fantastic time staying here. The beach access is across the street and the location is a close drive to all the area has to offer while still being private. The house was very clean, beds were some of the most comfortable we have slept in away from home. We truly enjoyed everything here!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Its a Great studio apartment, very clean and bottom floor so no steps. loved the fact that there was heat and air in the bathroom as well as the main room. It had cooking utensils, pots and pans and seasoning for cooking. It was also right across the street from the beach and a short walk to beach access!

The house was beautiful. Me and my partner loved it. Great location and quick walk to the beach with the access right kiddy Conner to the property. Great location for old downtown. Enjoyed our stay completely. If you're looking for a place to stay choose this place. Thank you Andrew for allowing us to stay here. We will definitely be back one day.

Updated, very clean upstairs studio apartment…lots of sunshine! easy beach access right across the street, easy free parking….10-minute drive to the Bridge of Lions…overall great stay and would return!

Amazing stay, perfect place for a quick getaway. Very clean, very safe, has everything you need. Very quiet neighborhood, but within 10 mins you can be in the middle of everything. Great host as well, no questions left unanswered and had all info we needed ahead of time.

The location was great with beautiful homes all around and easy access to the beach. Not many people so it’s very private and only 20 minutes from st Augustine. Gave us dishes for cooking and seasoning as well with great descriptions of how to get in and leave the area.

Close to the beach and down town , surrounding town is cute nice coffee shops/ restaurants the unit was bigger then expected. Big enough for 6 people to all have their own space and all be able to hangout as well.

We had a great stay in Saint Augustine. Beautiful location and so close to the beach. The area felt peaceful and safe, perfect for families. We loved the cozy home. Our favorite part was the fenced yard for our kids to run around and the lawn games
